Loading backups off my HD, some work just fine. But others seem to just try to load and never do. And then ultimately freeze. It will continue doing this until I transfer the files over again or reinstall with the disc.

Im not getting any error messages or anything, but I have a feeling my HD is failing. This is a 80 Gig original model (one with ps2 support.). The lens went out a couple of months ago and I replaced that, but now I fear the HD is going out as well? UGH
