If hackers were afraid to release before they may not be now, just look how much this has cost Sony, they have lost $2 billion in stocks price, the compensation and rebuild of psn and loss of psn sales is guesstimated at $1 billion. The overall fallout is estimated at over $24 billion!
So if someone does ever release cfw 3.61 I think Sony will have a second thought before thinking about hunting them down and suing them.
But that's the problem with the scene these days, everyone wants the fame so they work alone, rather then team together or shame ideas or give credit to those who helped them. See how the media only talk about geohot, he couldnt have done what he did without fail0verflows tools from what I hear, yet almost noone has heard of that team outside of the scene.
