Hello everyone and anyone. lol...

I just installed the newest CFW Rex 4.6.1 or whatever that was released a few days ago.

i also installed Iris Manager and Multiman I have a few games that i downloaded "since i have the game it self somewhere" i put them on to my HDD using FTP in the Gamez folder and i can't install or run the games... what am i doing wrong??

I am sorry for all this i am new to this new mod. when it was new i used the USB dongle back in 2011

Please if anyone can help me that would be great

do you have the latest key files from firmware 4.00 and higher without them several games wont boot

well what i do and i got it to work.. but i know its not the correct way.. i go into mulitman and try to run the game then gives me an error and kicks me back to the main ps3 "desktop" then there is now a ps3 BD disk and when i highlight it its the game and it works.. but i want to install it and now have to jury rig it lol

keys are built in the fw... in this case its the 4.4x firm... each firm holds the same set of keys from 1.xx to 4.xx if it didn't no one would be able to play games... as for key files all we have are private keys up to 3.55 and public keys up to 4.46... key files are needed only when you resign the eboot on a pc before transferring it to ps3... :3

regardless of what cfw you install multiman will work the same... all multiman does is "mount" the game and then it terminates itself... once it does just pick the game when you hover over the game disk... mind you you need a game disk already inside the ps3... any game will do.. btw you do know you're using a rebug cfw right?... rex is from rebug... errors are plenty(these are normal when operating a debug system) messing with some of the rebug options may render the ps3 unstable and put out even more errors....

get the latest Mm 4.46 or something to that nature. make sure under settings that emulation is enabled.
dont quote me but i think iris is for the ps3ita cfw like i said dont quite me
