I have only had my ps3 for a month. I just installed cfw and multiman. I have never logged in to ps network, dont even have an account. I just noticed the psx store in multiman and i am d-loading a demo. Is there any way they can ban me if i have never logged in to ps network and i am STILL not logged into ps network?

Well sadly if it is hooked to the internet Sony can look inside it, but I think you are fine as long as you stay away from PSN.
