im havivg probs trying to install rebug3.55.ive tried installing over kmeaw through xmb and recovery.ive installed sony3.55 through xmb and recovery all say no applicable data found even checked update sum anyone got any ideas i got the update from their website

You have to rename the file PS3UPDAT.PUP.

It doesn't give you PSN back,it lets you access the developers servers, which isn't the same thing.

I was really hoping this outage was to fix that problem.
