Replaced Blu Ray drive runs like CRAZY!!!

Guys i just replaced nonworking drive(with disk in Blue light was on but wasn't spiping) by another one , cleaned laser too.
So after instalation drive runs like CRAZY time by time and Blue light is plashing.
Accepting disk and ejecting but doesn't show enything.
Tried to RESET Blu Ray drive by pressing EJECT button 15 sec butnothing.
Any help?
