Hi folks,

I was following the guide from this website to install custom firmware: http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/how_to_install_playstation_3_custom_firmware_3_55_run_homebrew.cfm

I followed it to the letter, only I decided to use Gaia Manager 2.07 instead of Rogero. I was able to install the custom firmware without any problems but whenever I try to run any of the package files (Gaia, Fix Permissions, BlackBox 1.2 Signed 3.41 and even Lv2 version 6 just in case), all I get is a black screen and I have to switch off my PS3. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
