I have created a petition site called PS3petitions after reading this post and lots of other similar posts. I would love any suggestions to improve the site as it is only 1 day old. This could be re-wording anything to be more clear or even to include anything that can help when presenting the signed petitions to sites and other parties to help maintain our privacy rights.
I would also like any other suggestions for other petitions that I can present to sites, businesses, courts or SONY on any basis. They could be petitions for wanted or unwanted hardware alterations, refunds for games such as the Black Ops petitions that was going around, invasion of privacy or anything that anyone can think of.
I will put up any requested petitions for people to sign as soon as I am requested to do so and pursue the cause to the best of my ability. I have plenty of time on my hands to do this and also the inclination as Sony has also p*s*ed me of like many of you just by asking for private details to which they have no right.
Here's the thing... Youtube, et al, aren't voluntarily divulging such info. It's being subpoenaed. As such, they lack discretion on whether or not to divulge it. An online petition is trumped by a court order seven days a week and twice on Sunday.

I will setup some seperate petitions just to the Judge & Sony. The initial petition will be going out to Sony, The courts cps/ps/defense and directly to the Judge, YouTube, Twitter, PayPal & Slashdot. Hopefully then even with subpoenas the courts will not release any third party info (us) to Sony, my solicitors are also going to draft up some letters for me and I believe they are going to be based on the Human rights acts and private privacy policies set by organisations that make such promises to customers and in this case it's users when requesting our info.
(I have also checked the links in my post and they seem to be working fine for me and not linking back to this thread.)
