It looks as if it's Netflix movie streaming on jailbroken PS3s using the Cobra USB dongle.
Maybe it'll make it's way over to CFW.

It's a Brazilian PS2 app for Netflix. It is designed for PS2s so atm only BC PS3s will be able to use this. If you dont have one then you cannot use it.

erm no ide really, copy iso the ppl are talking about to a dvd and run on your PS3 and see what happens I guess. Google translate open on a pc may be usefull as it probably isnt in english.
