Wow...that is a long read, and I didn't read 1/4 of it...but it seems like Sony has submitted contradicting claims in the two cases, and like they might be guilty of perjury since at least one version of the story must be a lie.

lol so sony are charged with the same charge they have thrown on geohot.
But then also sony's lawyers are contradicting each other? :D

Saves sony right for thinking they can sue to their heart's content, now it seems their own lawyers have messed things up for them.

Why is it not shocking to see Sony commanding German shock troops? The only problem is that there was an issue shipping the red armbands so they had to do it without them.
