Configurable Usb loader problems loading HDD

I am very new to this whole deal . I have a softmodded wii running under firmware 4.1u ntsc. I have been playing games off of my Usb HDD (WD 1TB) For a couple of months now Using Configuable Usb Loader. I recently Softmodded a friends wii with same firmware 4.1 and loaded a few of my games from My HDD to his Hdd (Free Agent 1Tb) using Wbfs Manager and after loading 2 games to his HDD and trying the third Tiger Woods 10 . I got an error loading drive message. I then tried it immediatley on my wii to make sure all my games were not damaged and still fucntioning now usb loader starts by counting to 30 and theres nothing else i can do but reset wii. PLEASE HELP ME

First off, ensure your USB HDD is hooked up to the outer port (one closer to the edge). Also, if you haven't already done so you can update to IOS 249 Rev14. As a general rule, load games using IOS 249 first before IOS 222/223 if they happen to all co-exist in your system. Otherwise, you might need to reformat your HDD using the loader of course.
