copy paste WBFS file to WII external HDD

I am a newbie with softmod. I copied WBFS file from torrent, after finish I pasted it in my external HDD for my WII in the wbfs file folder. Can copy pasting WBFS is enough? or do I have to run other programs? There are already many games running in the HDD. But the newly copy pasted ones are not recognized and The WII does not recognize the game? Any solution? cfg loader ver 70, wii 4.3u thanks guys
