Subject: Not So Easy Program
Hi Guys.
Well I?m really really frustrated at your program after seeing all the posted information about ?Load original-copy-save- burn?.
VERY NOT SO EASY as what is advertised. What I get is all these other websites to download this and download that to support what I believed would be a straight forward easy to use program to read one disc, save to a hard drive and burn to a blank disc?
Well guys, may I well say that what you advertise is totally misleading and being computer literate, this program absolutely fails BIG TIME.
You post an audio instruction which is pathetic (no discrimination or intention to the person providing verbal instructions if he is handicapped) however after following his verbal instructions, they are totally irrelevant and simply DO NOT WORK.
What I want and what you really need to do, is to offer a STRAIGHT FORWARD program that does what you claim and is user friendly. I also cannot believe that after paying legal tender (MONEY) for a service which is so confusing and very not so user friendly, that you actually provide an advertised program which is NOT. WHY do I really need to go to all these other sites and download this program and that program to support WHAT?????? Come on Guys?get your act together?user friendly or nothing?SIMPLE.
What you guys really need to do is follow the footsteps of 1ClickDVD. IT WORKS, IT?S SIMPLE and ONLY 1 OTHER LINK from a 3rd party website.
Get your stuff together guys?not a very happy customer?you have my money?You have not sold me a simple program which was advertised and I feel ripped off BIG TIME.
Look forward to your feedback and SOME VERY PERSONAL instructions on HOW your package REALLY works?otherwise a refund in on the cards.
