d2ckey sys f/w 3.2u - Kung Fu Panda wants to update

I have a d2ckey mod chip and system firmware 3.2u It has been running flawlessly since Jan 08. We play backed up games. My son has purchased Kung Fu Panda and it wants to update the firmware. I am reluctant to let this happen.

We were semi-bricked once and got that fixed with the 3.2u. Its not broke now, so I hate to cause problems.

Will this break something? thanks, kg
