HELP! Some games won't work Black Screen

Hey guys,
I have a big problem with my Nintendo Wii that I bought a few days ago. First of all, make sure that I have read all the related posts, tried several ways to find a solution, but some games still don't work, well some games do.
My firmware is 4.2E PAL, I'm using cIOS 38 rev17, HBC and USB Loader GX.
Well, my problem is, some games turn off a black screen when I try to load. Those games are:
- Mario Kart Wii
- Lego Star Wars
- Star Wars Unleashed
- Legend of Zelda
But those games work well:
- Grand Slam Tennis
- Resident Evil 4
- Call of Duty World at War
When I use Signcheck, the system gives me following information:

Using ios 36 (rev 3351)
Region Europe
Hollywood version 0x11
Found 20 ios on this console
Analyzed IOS250(rev 65535)
Trucha bug: Enabled
Flash access: Disabled
Boot2 access: Disabled
Usb 2.0 IOS tree: Enabled

Are the games PAL? Some games just don't like to play on different region consoles. I know zelda is one of those games, not sure about the others.

Yes, all of them are PAL. I downloaded all the backups from torrent.

Games that don't work
Rabbids Go Home .......................IOS33-64-v2832 ...........System Menu 3.4
Mario Kart Wii.........................IOS33/36-64-v1040........System Menu 3.1
LEGO Star Wars: The complete Saga......IOS33
So, I'm assuming that I've a problem with IOS33 here. Any suggestion to deal with it without brick blocking Wii?

I updated IOS33 to final version but nothing's changed.

when you click on the game you want to play and the disc image comes up. Press settings and try changing the 'game load' settings. Mess aroung with the 002 fix, on/off or anti

Go to the 4.2 firmware softmod guide in my sig. Try doing the DOP-IOS section of the guide and see if that helps.
Brickblocking some disc can also cause this issue. So if they where brickblocked this could be the issue.

First of all, thanks for your fast replies.
@binns I've tried all the game load settings but they didn't work.
@larrylie I'll try DOP IOS section of your guide and write down what it comes up with. I hope everything will be OK :)

And there's a weird thing too:
I installed 3 new games today (House of the Dead: Overkill, Metroid 3 and Raymond Raving Rabbids). As you can guess, they don't work :)
So, the weird thing is, only the first 5 games that I've tried to play are working fine. After that, all the games that I've installed are giving me black screen. (These working games are Wii Play, Wii Sports, Grand Slam Tennis, Call of Duty World At War, Resident Evil 4)
Is it some kind of curse or what?
And please someone help me. It's giving me headaches.

Having a similar problem. I have 4.2 ntsc and 38&rev17. I have just started to backup my collection on a 160gb WD MyPassport. Problem is some games install and play fine but others(ex.Incredible Hulk and Speed Racer) keep freezing or giving me black screen. I've installed them twice now and they start to boot but then black screen.Tried reinstalling again today and the Hulk just restarts my wii. Also wont play in NeoGamma v8. Starting to lose faith in GX if there's no permanent fix. Someone please help cuz i've googled everywhere and im getting tired of reinstalling games.

and have u tried updating GX loader? Try both the HBC and wad versions of GX maybe

Install cIOS38_rev14.
I would also recommend using Configurable USB Loader instead of GX (you will need to install Hermes 222/223 for CFG USB loader). cIOS38_rev14 and Hermes can be installed using the 4.2 firmware guide in my sig.
Matter of fact I would recommend following the 4.2 firmware softmod guide from start to finish just to make sure you have everything installed properly.
Then go to the configurable USB Loader guide that I have linked in the 4.2 firmware softmod guide (it is also linked in my sig).
