Theoretically, if I wanted to download an ISO that was divided into rar pieces, is there a safe piece of software that would allow me to expedite them all at once -- something other than a torrent client?

I'm seeing ISOs appear as megauploads, but since sites like that have limits for free users, I'm trying to figure out the best way to get these larger files when they're not available as torrents.
