My brother dropped my Wii and now it will no longer start up right. It turns on and the power light is green but nothing comes up on the screen and controllers won't sync.
Is there anything I can do? I'm a console modder so I can figure out most things.

Drop it again? Lol. Is it still under warranty? Send it to Ninty, and wait patiently for a month?
I suppose you could crack it open and take a look around.
I bought this the second day the Wii was released so it's not under warranty aha. And I don't want to buy a new one/pay for repair really unless 100% needed.
If there's no visible damage to the outside casing and cable plug-ins, then there's something wrong on the inside, you'll have to open it up and check that nothing is cracked, damaged, disconnected or dislodged. This can only be done with a Tri-Wing Screwdriver and a few other tools, which are available at most good Modshops. Do you use softmods or hardmods?
My guess is that your Wii's Bluetooth Module is either damaged or completely disconnected from where it should be--This would cause you to get a blank screen on boot and it would also cause the remotes not to sync. If this were the case then the module would have to be replaced--The part itself is cheap ($5-$15 USD), and to replace your old one with the new one is not incredibly difficult (See here: http://www.wiihacks.com/blogs/shadowsonic2/186-replacing-your-wiis-internal-parts.html)
The first thing for you to do is to get the tools you need to open up your WiiConsole for inspection--The problem is highly unlikely to be a software problem or a Full Brick, but even if it is you will need to open up your console at some point to install an autobooting modchip--I doubt it will come to that, though. Things you should be looking for when inspecting the console's interior include the following:
-Cracked or damaged parts
-Loose cables
-Dislodged parts
Do that and tell us if you see any of the above--Take photos as well for future reference if you find anything--It will help us to identify the damaged parts for replacement (If there are any).
