I used Img Burn to write an ISO of the game Sim City Creator I downloaded online (Yes, I own the game but the disc is damaged).
I installed neogamma on my softmodded wii, along with the cios's needed.

However, now when I load the game, it says "Patch not found" and then something about "Required IOS 35". Then the game loads, but its in black and white and rolling. How can I fix this?
