New backup discs can't play on Wii 3.4U

I have a few new backup discs which can't play on my softmodded 3.4U (old backups are still working).
I use NeoGamma R7 IOS249(RV14). It goes back to wii menu a few seconds after launching from DVD. I burned the backups at different speeds but got the same result. I don't have a USB hard drive.
I wonder if some update is required since old backups work but not the newer ones.
I've been searching for answer but got no luck.
It's much appreciated if you can help me fix the problem.

Update your cios 249 (now a mod of version r21 is used d2xv6 base 56)
Update neogamma Now beta r9

Some games need a cios with base 57 (COD:Black Ops)
