Pc reading burnt wii games?

I used to own a modded Wii, having a library of backed up games. I was wondering if it is possible to rip already backed up games to my PC. It sounds logical in my mind, but just wanted to check with you guys. I dont have my wii or games with me or I would test it myself. Im just trying to rip the iso of already burnt game to my pc for emulated use on Dolphin.

yep use imgburn and create image file from disc

Figured, with creating the img file, how would I go about extracting the iso from it? or do I even need to when it comes to using Dolphin?

dont use dolphin mate but imgburn pulls it down as an iso. so when its finished ripping it you will get the iso

coz i have a wii with a 1tb hooked up to it with all my games and movies on, i dont need an emulator on my pc
