Problem burning wii games

so i have a softmodded wii and got a few burned games from some one awhile back

i have tried and tried to burn new games for my wii but i always end up with error 002 and the wii wont read it.

i use the exact same discs as the first burned games i have and i used imgburn everytime at different speeds...

i dont know what im doing wrong!

any advice?

What firmware does your Wii have?
Are you using a modchip e.g WiiKey, SunKey, DriveKey?
Have you done a software update recently?
Is there still the homebrew channel on the system menu?

updating to cIOS rev 21 should fix a ton of game issues.
