reinstalling cios after nintendo upgrade [solved]

i looked around and i got this guide for installing usb loader and cios after a nintendo update which my lil cousin did when i was sleeping last night. unfortunatally i dont have a windows based computer available atm since my windows partition is causing my computer to overheat and crash due to the faulty graphics card, yay for linux only using the card when it needs it. this tutorial says i need to use the nus downloader which i cant because wine dosent support .net framework, ive treid booting back to my windows partition to use this tool but it crashed around 54% downloaded in the .net framework installer and now gets stuck at the boot screen. so if anyone can tell me a way to get the wads or if someone else can get them and put them on a file hosting site id be very gratefull.
