I have used Lego Batman for Europe
Get the program Modmii by using the wizard for 4.3 it will tell you all the hacks you can use, it will then download the relevant save files needed.
Batman has been out for a month and Starwars slightly less

Where from!! - try google, putting in Modmii gets many hits
Run the program, run the wizard, answer the questions about your Wii, if you cannot follow the instructions then I would not mod the wii yourself.
Once you have the SD card loaded and are running the programs on Wii, sometimes you need patience, things are running but take upto 10 seconds to appear/finish so you can move on. Follow the generated guide.

in my opinion i think the bannerbomb method with indiana pwns is much easier than using modmii..but thats just my opinion

Have you used Modmii?? - NO
That is what Modmii downloads, it downloads the correct save file for the game you say you want to use on the correct region for your Wii (this is not bannerbomb - bannerbomb currently does not exist for 4.3 - in fact that was the reason Nintendo released firmware 4.3), OR it gets the correct Bannerbomb for either 4.1 or 4.2 (they are different).
Modmii is just a program run on your PC that gets all the information, ios's, cios,s and programs you need and it also generates an appropriate guide.
It then puts them all in a folder called copy to SD.
Get the program, try it, and then see how easy it is for a total noob to get everything they need including the guide

you can look the guides right here. They serve the same purpose as the Twilight hack and is not a hackmii installer based save game exploit

i have a new red wii 4.3e i have managed to softmod it my question is am i able to play games from different regions ie usa etc i have read up and understand iam not able to play backup through the disc drive but does the softmod make it region free?

Yes - and no . . .
It will play out of region games, however some games will only output in their native format (NTSC, PAL) with these games it will depend if your TV can display the picture, if it cannot then the game will go blank and the wii remote switch off.

im not aware of one yet that can be done without the game. You only need the game to install HBC once that on its as normal.
