i'm new to this forum so wish me good luck :)

i have the wiikey 1 installed on my wii and i want new games to work on it.
after installing the 1.99b update(i haven't done this yet), what is the latest version i can update my wii to?
can i update it with a normal game disc? and if so which game?

Download and burn the files for the WiiKey update off the website. After insert the wiikey update into console and update. If youre console is somftmodded install wanikoko's 4.1 updater through the homebrew channel so that you can play out of region games on 4.1 which is impossible in 4.2 and 4.3

can i update the wii with a game that needs a newer version then i have(and will request to update in order to play)?
what's the recommended version? which game has it?

*i know it will only allow me to play games from my region, but its much simpler.

you can get the IOS and install it which will bypass the update for system menu

tnx, can you give me a tutorial for the IOS?

but most important, you didn't answered my question: can i simply update the system using a game? (i will be much simpler)
