wbfs manager can't see file

hi all
i use wbfs manager to see the games on my hard drive , i want to add more games but when i open wbfs manager it won't see the file ,on the left window of wbfs manager i can see the games and on the right i can browse then select the folder the file i want is in, when i open the folder it can't see anything ,i think its because the file is wbfs and not iso, can i not transfer wbfs from one drive to another with wbfs manager?
