What do I do with a wbfs file?

I'm new to this. I've downloaded a wbfs file it is 2.50 GB. I want to load it onto my Wii so I can play it. I imagine I need to find a way to burn it to a DVD, is that right? This is where I am not sure about what to do next. From what I've read on the web so far, I can only see reference to hard drives and USB drives. All I really want is another disc to add to my collection.
