What update blocks the truncha signer?

Not been on my wii for ages, it's wiikeyed 1.9s, running 3.1E, I don't want to have the truncha signer blocked can I update to 3.2 or is it better to just stay with 3.1? Also does no-one use wads anymore?

You could update to 4.1 and still have trucha unblocked.

Just follow the softmod guide in my sig.

Ah nice, thanks. I don't want to softmod it, just update and I can do the rest with my modded truncha wad installer disk. Where do I need to follow upto if I don't want to softmod?

If you want to update to 4.1 and install WAD files and trucha patch all latest IOS versions then you need to softmod.

You can have both Hardmod and Softmod installed.

At the moment I have a modded paper mario disk that when in the wii then I hit launch game it does the mario splash screen but then boots the wad installer, then I have another disk set up the same but with the wad uninstaller. So without softmodding I can't do this?
