Wii Hard Modded 4.3E help

I'm new to Wii modding, the console is hard modded, not sure what chip, it is currently at 4.3E version of operating system. Problem I have is that it won't play more recent backup games. It plays Wii Party no problem, it recognises Michael Jackson, starts then comes up with the reading error then doesn't recognise the disk, the same happens with Need for Speed and Donkey Kong.

I've read through the forum to see what people suggest, and to be honest I'm a bit confused on what to do next.

Please can you experts give me a advice on what to do.
