RatDVD Conversion size

I download and extracted a RatDVD file. It plays great, but when I go to convert from RatDVD to DVD, It starts the conversion then an error pops up stating that the "File AV_TS/VTS_01_0.XVO should be 834 KB but is only 534 KB Big. Source image seems to be corrupt". Is they any fix for this, or is this beyond fixing?
