not at all, the error just pops up every time i turn on my computer. i usually exit out of it. It doesn't appear to be interfearing with anything, however it's awfully annoying. i did purchase PC Medic that was sopossed to fix the problem, yet it still remains. I can't afford to purchase any more cleaners or anti- whatevers. any ideas?

A likely explanation is that a program was uninstalled - but there is still a reference to it in the Registry.
When Windows starts, it finds the reference but cannot start the program.

Try RegSeeker to see if it can get rid of the entry.
It's freeware.
Select 'Clean the Registry';it will make a backup before running.

It works inasmuch as it finds entries for programs that no longer exist - whether it can find the entry that is giving you the message is a different matter.

As long as the 'Backup before deletion' box is checked you can return to the point before it removes the entries.

The backup file is in the path where RegSeeker is installed (a folder named 'Backup') typically, C:\Program Files\RegSeeker\Backup.
The backup file has a .reg extension and double clicking on it will insert all of the entries back where they came from.

Run RegSeeker
'Backup before deletion''Clean the Registry' 'Autoclean'.

When complete, reboot and see if the error is gone.

Unless you have a System Restore point that pre-dates the problem I can only suggest escalating it to another site for help.
