Is it the speed thing problem?
Should i set slower?

You're using good disks (Verbatim?)- so not much to be gained by switching.

You could try saving the output from Nero to the HDD and use a good burning program like ImgBurn.

If that doesn't help, then use the latest firmware - my own preference would be to update the firmware as a last resort because of the inherent risk of something going wrong as the drive is flashed.
