When DGIndex shows the source DVD as 100% film, does DVD Rebuilder 1-step produce a 3:2 pulldown output. HCEnc screens during processing do not show pulldown checked. I would like to end up with most efficent output size.

Doing manually, I use DGIndex without flags and HCEnc with an avs containing:

Telecide(guide=1, gthresh=10, post=2, vthresh=50, dthresh=7, blend=false, show=false)
Decimate(cycle=5, mode=0, threshold=0, threshold2=3, quality=2, show=false)
RemoveGrain(mode=1).TemporalSoften(2,3,3,8,2)

Do I need to change anything in DVD Rebuilder to get a 3:2 pulldown output with decimated frames?

DVD Rebuilder makes a frame by frame copy of the source.
Pulldown is replicated in the output.
The Doom9 site has or had a ongoing thread on Rebuilder.
