DVDFab does not recognize dvd on virtual machine running Windows 7 on macbook

I am running a Windows 7 virtual machine via Parallels on a Macbook Pro and although the dvd is recognized in the drive, DVDFab does not see it.

I think this has to be a setting I am missing in Fab, but I can't find it.

Any suggestions?

If you can't get an answer to your question here you can always send your question to DVDFab support.They also have tutorials if that is of any help.
