i want to burn movies that have these characteristics

1) mkv files with multiple audio & subtitles
2) avi files with srt subtitles
3) avi files with idx + sub files
4) mov files with idx + sub files

i would like the mkv files to keep all their options once converted

is there a programme that can do all these things ???
(i would happily pay but need some advice and suggestions before purchasing)
