How to translate chinese subs to english?

hey folks..

I need to convert chinese srt sub into english to watch a movie and also upload them on the net as no one else seems to have it.

the movie is called murder of inugami clan 2006. searched for it everywhere. the version i found is one cd srt file and the movie that i have is a two cd rip. the files that came with it have chinese subs that are perfectly syn with movie. but sad part, i dun understand it..

so how do i go I about changing it to english as there are atleast 20 odd guys there who are looking for a solution to this problem. just found this website so thought give it a shot..
