Microsoft Media Player can't display PGS subtitle

I have a m2ts file with PGS subtitle stream. But MM Player 11 on Vista can't display any subtitle. I need help.

If you already have the .m2ts file instead of the blu-ray structure you may need to extract the PGS sub using tsMuxer. From there follow the remaining steps.
