mkv2vob converting w/ subtitles only does first 1:27

Whenever I attempt to convert a file from mkv, while loading subtitles...it works perfectly! For the first 00:01:27 of a 00:56:45 file that is. When I try to convert with subtitles on an MKV that is 2:41:47, I get the first 00:02:53.
