MKVMerge GUI Suddenly Not Working

Up until today my MKVMerge GUI had been functioning fine, but now it gives me this error whenever I select my subtitles:

Command line used:

"C:\Users\Matthew\Desktop\mkvtoolnix\mkvmerge.exe" --output-charset UTF-8 --identify-for-mmg "C:\Users\Matthew\Desktop\Gundam Wing\title00_track4_eng.idx"

Output:

Error: The demultiplexer for the file 'C:\Users\Matthew\Desktop\Gundam Wing\title00_track4_eng.idx' failed to initialize:

VobSub: Could not open the sub file

I downloaded the newest Merge GUI but that didn't fix anything, I still get the error. Any help would be appreciated.

Nobody? Still having this problem, even after downloading the latest DirectVobSub.
