I have my Ipod updated to 6.1.3 & but I want it at 6.1.2 for Evasi0n. Sn0wbreeze wont open. Redsn0w isn't helping. I have some file I downloaded,& it does not work, can I get some help

Apple isn't signing 6.1.2 anymore, so it's not possible to downgrade. You might want to check this MacRumors thread, however. Hope it helps:
