Hi,
1st of all i realise ipod touch doesnt have a % digits. I have 2 sons who both have iPod Touch 4g, Jailbroken 5.1.1 untethered both with the same games, both with SBsettings, Activator and iFile. On 1 of the iPod Touches i changed a code in iFile that made battery percentage an option in general settings and it worked fine, ok great, but, i did "exactly" the same for the other iPod Touch and can only get it to work in "safe mode". As soon as i respring, the % indicator disappears. Its so odd, do i just keep that iPod in safe mode? Btw... Ive tried all options to get it to work - iFile, SBsettings and Activator, will only work in "Safe Mode". Any suggestions?

Thanks
John.

i'm guessing you've already tried this but did you go into settings->general->usage->is the "battery percentage "on"?

Hi, yes tried that option numerous times to no avail. It only works if the iPod Touch is in safe mode.

Thanks.

Not sure what you mean, there isnt a forum for iPod Touch hacking issue, iPhone hacking issue was the closest thing to my discussion.

just going by the forum rules.
2. Consider an appropriate forum before posting your question -- look at the forum descriptions on the main forum page first.

So Mr Moderator its ok for "GrandpaBruce" to use the language "Smart A-ss" and thats ok? Well Mr Moderator be very careful not to have two sets of standards, forum users might start thinking you're drunk on power. Yes? Yes thats right. By the way Mr Moderator, i have a thousand emails and a thousand Nics, you could possibly stop this nic & you probably will, but dont ever, ever think for even a Micro Second that you will get rid of me from "Afterdawn Forums" completely :) Have a nice day Mr Moderator :x

we've dealt with your type before, they are gone & we are still here. besides you started the "language" when posting "Mr Moderator" & "Grandad" not moderator\ddp or GrandpaBW. 1000's of emails & a 1000 nics, i don't think so. goodbye.
