I have a HTC HMP-40G Digital Video MP3(4GB) player Manufacturer:EGOMAN Firmware:V6.07.27. I cannot load any music on this thing at all. I cannot even get it formatted. I lost the installation CD so I don't have any drivers for it. HELP

Chipods are no bargain. They died fast and there isn't much you can do. If you go back far enough there is a site that shows you how to take them apart and replace parts but that rairly fixes them plus it is still a chipod so it might die the next time you sync it.
