No audio on Zune 30gb

Hi:
Well last week I tried to use my Zune and couldn't hear anything. The volume is all the way up. I changed to various headphones and nothing. The curious thing is if I unplug the headphones the Zune automatically pauses, so I think it recognizes the headphones which means is not the plug. I've tried the hard reset and even downgrading the firmware, but nothing. I was thinking it may be the audio output controller in the pcb, but I don't have schematics for the Zune. If anyone have an idea please post away. Thanks.
