.txt turning into cmd issue

i send .txt files into my flash memory and eject it , after that when i re-plug it into my computer; the .txt files turn into some commanding icon with same name,i checked the properties and it says that the icon-file is windows command processor and the windows 7 os shows its location as windows-system32-cmd . strangely my .txt files doesn't change when i put them into a new folder , it changes when it is naked on the memory ground . the computer doesn't plug-out the memory when i click ejection and it says it is busy by some programs using the memory . can you help ? thanks .
