Please help with this Blue Screen Of Death issue

Is there any software I can use to fix this issue.

I'm unable to reboot the computer in any Safe Mode and I'm unable to go to the Last Good Restore Point
each time I try I receive the same BSOD error below

I've tried to reinstall windows xp but I also receive an error stating that my harddrive can't be found.

BSOD error below

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps.

Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a driver is identified in the stop message
disable the driver or check with teh manufacturer for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.

Check with your hardware vendor fan BIOS updates. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer. press F8
to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

Try using a linux livecd to bootup your computer. This will let you see if your hardware is the problem. If the linux livecd won't load, then you might have a hardware problem.

When I had a similar problem with my XP computer getting BSOD for no apparent reason (I hadn't loaded any software or new hardware), I also tried reinstalling windows (suspected I had a corrupt system files), windows wouldn't load and I was getting input/output errors. Even tried a new hard drive with no improvement. I eventually replaced the motherboard and that fix the problem.

BSOD are almost always cause after you install a new piece of equipment or load a different software. The only other cause is hardware going bad.
