So what i want to do is change my key functions on my keyboard (example: rather than ctrl-c i want to use command-c aka windows-c)but i dont want to change the command key to be ctrl but make it so windows recognizes it as copy when i push command-c also want to change other stuff like ctrl-alt-del and paste and closing windows

the reason i dont want to change command to ctrl is if im in an application that i need to control i want to be able to hit the actual ctrl key

i basicly want to make my windows feel a little more like macintosh

hope it makes sence and hope someone knows how to do it

I dont think it is possible. Cntr + alt + del combination cant be changed. Maybe other commands but only with editing registry.. You cant change your program combinations? It could be lot easier so.
