Delete System Drive without loosing OP/Data on Logical

Realy need some help here!

I have 1 HDD with 2 partitions. Xp installed first and is the system drive, Windows 7 on the logical.

But now i want to keep windows 7 instalation on the logical drive and make it my system drive so i can then extend the drive back to full size.

Is this possible without messing up the current Windows 7 installation and all my programes and data?

Be realy greatfull for anyones help
