Explorer won't show second hard drive

I reformatted my main drive and reinstalled XP, SP3. I have another drive installed with data on it and no OS which I use for back ups. I was able to see the drive and copy data back on to the main drive. Now I can't see the second drive in Explorer. It shows up in the BIOS. I had been having a similar problem off and on before reformatting.

Any suggestions??
