grub4dos booting problem

i just want to boot the floppy image (ghost2003.ima) from a partition not a whole disc using grub4dos menu.
for that, i installed the boot code to this partition, converted this partition to FAT32 and set to ACTIVE and copied to it GRLDR and MENU.LST, and booted from this partition but when i try to start the floppy image from grub4dos menu, it gives the same error when using NTFS DISK for floppy image

Error 17: File not found

HERE IS THE MENU.LST I USED

# installed on FAT32 partition

# booting winxp works fine
title Windows XP
root (hd0,0)
chainloader (hd0,0)/ntldr

# booting ghost 2003 floppy image don't work
title START GHOST2003
map --mem (hd0,0)//Images/GHOST2003.IMA (fd0)
map --hook
chainloader (fd0)+1
rootnoverify (fd0)
