maybe checkdisk scan repair however missing or damaged numerous windows dll's may mean you'll need to repair by using recovery partition or recovery disc,somethings happened to cause it perhaps use a restore point its a long shot

have you tried running sfc /scannow ?it may ask for the windows install disk.

i had DLL errors trying to play certain games, found reinstalling the games or 1 of the programs the game uses to run usually fixes it provided the program has the required DLL file in it.

if you can tell us what you are trying to run and what DLL you are missing we should be able to help you.
at the moment its all guess work,we need the specifics.
