why does my pc shuts to long?? after pressing shutdown it only stays in shutting down then it wont shutdown i only press the power long for it to turn off...and one thing im cloning HDD to HDD in a Internet Cafe but some cpu are slow to clone like 650 mb per minute not like others 2000+ mp per minute they do have the same specs amd athlon x2 2gb ram 1 gb video card...pls answer thnx
